Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has today opened bidding for 60 land plots from Hulhumale Phase Two.
According to HDC, the land plots of around 1,603 to 2,633.93 square feet from Hulhumale Phase Two are now open for bidding. Interested parties can purchase the bidding form starting next Sunday until January 30th via residential@hdc.com.mv. Moreover, HDC will be responding to inquiries related to the bidding until 3:30PM on February 3rd.
Parties who wish to acquire beachfront plots are required to submit bidding forms by February 9th and those who wish to acquire beach side plots are required to submit the bidding forms by February 16th. HDC also stated that they will reveal the final details on where to submit the forms at a later date. Furthermore, bid security is set at MVR 320,000.

Hulhumale Phase Two was reclaimed during the previous administration to tackle the rising population and housing issue in the Greater Male’ Area.
