The national health insurance provider, Aasandha Company Limited, has unveiled the My Aasandha Portal, an innovative platform aimed at streamlining access to its healthcare services.
The web portal was officially launched with the primary objective of simplifying the process for individuals seeking government assistance in healthcare financing. Through this online platform, applicants can now conveniently submit their applications without the need to visit Aasandha’s front office or counters in person. Access to the portal is facilitated via the eFaas account, providing users with a user-friendly and secure experience.
As part of its efforts to enhance user experience, Aasandha will exclusively accept doctor-recommended forms for treatment abroad through the portal, starting from August 15. Additionally, the My Aasandha Portal offers a range of other services, including document submissions for Aasandha coverage and welfare assistance. Users can also conveniently submit any additional required documents through the portal and complete doctor’s recommendation forms, all from the comfort of their own homes.
One of the key benefits of the My Aasandha Portal is its ability to provide real-time application status updates. Applicants can easily track the progress of their submissions at any time, making the process more transparent and efficient.
