Vice President Faisal Naseem launched the first group of Manta Air’s “Manta Wings” apprentice programme for 2021-2022 on Tuesday.
The apprenticeship programme, which is aimed at people between the ages of 18 and 25, is intended to meet the aviation industry’s human resource development demands. During the event, the vice president presented the apprentices with letters of offer.
Apprentices would undergo six months of instruction in their respective disciplines under the Manta Wings programme, which begins with ten participants and would be undertaken twice a year.
Naseem emphasised Manta’s many accomplishments over the previous three years while speaking to the audience.
He also discussed the global aviation sector, stressing that human resource development was required to meet the industry’s expanding demands.
