Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that the design and construction of the B. Fehendhoo Harbor project is 89 percent complete.
According to MTCC, the installation of the connecting bridge’s slab is now underway.
The project includes 18,500 cubic meters of new harbour basin dredging operations, 25,000 cubic meters of new entrance channel dredging operations, a 214-meter quay wall, a 130-meter breakwater, and a 282-meter revetment. In addition to this, navigation lights, streetlights, and a paved area of 558 square metres will be installed.
The B. Fehendhoo Harbor project is expected to cost MVR 45.1 million.
