Bank of Maldives (BML) plans to introduce a redesigned app with new enhanced features on Saturday.
BML has highlighted upgrading their mobile app as an important component of their efforts to improve their services and supply financial services utilizing cutting-edge technology.
The bank stated that the changes will make financial services much easier to use than before, and that they are expected to dramatically improve the app.
According to BML, the app will include customer-requested features and will attempt to digitalize their services and provide them efficiently to their customer base regardless of time or place.
The updated app includes a redesigned receipt design that displays transfer status, the ability to switch between various profiles, and account name verification before the transfer.
In 2015, BML was the first bank in the country to offer mobile banking services.
