The Health Emergency Operation Center (HEOC) has announced that booster dose vaccination for all will commence soon.
During a press conference held this morning by HEOC, State Minister of Health, Shah Mahir stated that the preparations to administer booster dose vaccination for all is progressing rapidly after receiving enough vaccine and syringes.
The government initially planned to start the nationwide campaign to administer booster dose vaccination last month, however, due to some issues in the supply of vaccines and then the syringes required to administer the vaccination, it was delayed indefinitely.
According to Shah Mahir, the HEOC has fast-tracked the campaign to administer booster dose vaccination now that they have enough supply to vaccinate the population and hopes to commence the campaign halfway through this month.
