Health Protection Agency (HPA), on Friday, reported an additional 169 cases of COVID-19 infections in the Maldives, increasing the tally to 24,548.
As reported by HPA, the 169 new cases includes; 67 cases from the Greater Male’ area, 65 cases from islands outside Male’, 29 cases from operational resorts, and 08 cases from island under development/industrial.
Meanwhile, 21,368 people have made full recoveries in total.
Maldives currently has 3,104 active cases and 89 patients are being treated in Hospitals and Medical Facilities while 67 COVID related deaths confirmed so far.
354 were individuals were inoculated today, increasing the total vaccinated to 241,127.
