Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace for Juventus in the 3-0 win against Crotone in Serie A which helps to keep Andrea Pirlo’s side in the title race.
After two defeats in the last two matches against Napoli in Serie A and Porto in the Champions League, they had a comfortable win this weekend which helped them to move up to third in the table, eight points behind leaders Inter Milan, but they do have a game in hand.
Juventus controlled the match in the first half but had to until the 38th minute to make a breakthrough with the help of a Cristiano Ronaldo header. He scored his second header after Aaron Ramsey had put the ball into the box just before half-time.
American Youngster Weston McKennie scored the third goal for Juventus with a close-range effort, after Crotone failed to defend a corner, to make it 3-0 after 21 minutes into the second half.
