In connection with the death of a Filipino nurse back in October, the case against her husband, Marvin, and his alleged local lover, Haleemath Lamha, has been filed to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
A media officer from the PG Office revealed that a case against two persons in relation with the death of the Filipino nurse had been received from the police on Sunday.
The PG Office will make a decision on the issue by next Tuesday, according to the media officer.
On October 9, Mary Grace, a female Filipino hemodialysis nurse at IGMH, was found dead. The investigation into her apparent suicide resulted in the arrest of her husband, Marvin, a 29-year-old Filipino ER nurse at IGMH.
According to local media, the arrested local woman, 24, allegedly had a close relationship with Marvin. She also works as a nurse at IGMH.
She was arrested on December 16 under a court order, according to police, but no other details were provided.
