Fly Dubai to commence scheduled flights to Addu City’s Gan International Airport (GIA) in February 2023.
A press statement by Fly Dubai on Wednesday said that the Airline will start scheduled flights to Gan International Airport (GIA) on 4 February 2023, and will operate 2 flights per week. The Airline added that they are starting flights to GIA as part of expanding their operations.
Fly Dubai’s CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith stated that this would create more opportunities for passengers to experience Maldives. He added that with the scheduled flights to GIA, passengers can cut down on their travel time to southern atolls in Maldives.
Fly Dubai has also opened reservation for tickets. As such, Dubai return tickets are now available for MVR 8,283 with Fly Dubai. Fly Dubai currently operates 2 flights per day from Velana International Airport (VIA), as well as flights between Male’ and Colombo.
