Former Managing Director of Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO) Adam Mohamed has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Maldives Post Limited.
Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) has yet to announce a replacement for the now vacant Managing Director post of WAMCO.
This change comes after it was rumored that the government was planning to shuffle top positions at State Owned Enterprises. Earlier this month, former Elections Commission’s Chairman Ahmed Shareef was appointed as the Managing Director of State Electric Company (STELCO).
