Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced all rental payments will be accepted through its main office and MyHulhumale online portal.
HDC said some individuals are making rental payments to the company through bank counters, ATMs and internet banking, making it difficult to recognise the origin, purpose and specification of such payments. Therefore, HDC advised the public to make all such payments directly to the office of HDC or the online portal of the company. HDC added payments made through any other means will not be accepted from April 1 onwards.
HDC collects rental payments for properties leased in Hulhumale’. As such, recipients of Hiya flats in Hulhumale’ Phase II are also required to pay the allocated monthly rent to HDC.
