The Indian police have issued a red notice through Interpol for a Maldivian in connection with a drugs case.
The Interpol red notice was issued at the request of India’s Central Bureau of Investigation.
According to the notice, Indian officials are seeking for a 31-year-old Maldivian called Ali Rasheed, also known as Azleef Mohamed, in connection with a narcotics case.
Interpol has already issued red notices to several Maldivians, including accused IS head in the Maldives, Mohamed Ameen, and Sealife MD Ahmed Moosa, as well as certain suspects in the MMPRC scandal.
