Lionel Messi scored and missed a penalty as Barcelona fail to progress with a 5-2 defeat (on aggregate) against PSG in the Champions League.
Kylian Mbappe scored the first goal of the match (31) from the penalty spot which was awarded for an off the ball foul by Clement Lenglet on Mauro Icardi. He became the youngest player to score 25 goals in Champions League history.
Barcelona captain levelled the game with a fabulous strike (37) from just outside the box before going on to miss a crucial penalty which was saved by Keylor Navas.
The Spanish side failed to create any threats against PSG’s solid defense resulting in a 1-1 draw in the second leg of Round of 16.
