During a special ceremony on Thursday, the Managing Director of Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB), Mufaddal Idris Khumri, and the Managing Director of Urbanco, Ahmed Athif, signed an agreement for the establishment of an MIB ATM in Hulhumale’ Phase II.
The ATM will be located at Vinaes Flat in front of the temporary mosque in Hulhumale’ Phase II, which is close to State Trading Organization’s (STO) temporary outlet for Ramadan, ‘Roadha Mart’. The establishment of the ATM is expected to provide significant ease for MIB customers residing in Hulhumale’ Phase II.
MIB currently operates ATMs in Male’, Vilimale’, Hulhumale’ and Thilafushi, and recently introduced dollar ATMs. The bank also operates ATMs across atolls in Addu City, Fuvahmulah City, GDh. Thinadhoo, B. Eydhafushi and HDh. Kulhudhuffushi.
