Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) began shore protection operations at M. Dhiggaru on August 28.
The project site was deployed on March 20 to begin work on the M. Dhiggaru land reclamation and shore protection project.
The project entails 25-hectare reclamation activities, as well as the construction of a 384-meter-long rock boulder revetment and a 287-meter-long breakwater.
The M. Dhiggaru land reclamation and shore protection project is worth MVR 121.84 million.
