Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has finished the installation of pavement for the Noonu Landhoo Harbor project, bringing the entire project progress to 70%.
According to MTCC, the harbour project’s breakwater construction began on October 9.
The project comprises 25,000 cubic metres of dredging and excavation; the building of a 256-meter quay wall; a 401-meter breakwater; and a 60-meter revetment, as well as the installation of navigation lights, lamps, and the installation of 1,280 square metres of paved surface.
The Landhoo Harbor development project is valued at MVR 35.60 million.
