Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) earned MVR 485 million in the third quarter, up 14.5 percent over the previous quarter.
The highest contribution to revenue in the third quarter came from land reclamation, with the trading and transportation business coming in second.
The company reported a net profit of roughly MVR 56 million in the third quarter of 2021, a decrease of nearly 10% from the second quarter.
Earnings per share in the third quarter was MVR 6.92, down from MVR 7.84 in the previous quarter, according to MTCC.
By the end of the year, the company is forecast to make around MVR 1.8 billion in revenue, with a net profit of approximately MVR 270 million.
