Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has started a campaign aimed at enhancing customer service named “Hinithunvumaa Ekee.”
The awareness campaign was unveiled as part of the activities commemorating World Customer Service Week, which took place from October 4 to October 8. Shahid Hussain Moosa, Chief Operating Officer of the MTCC, inaugurated the campaign at a special event.
According to MTCC, the campaign’s major goal is to create awareness among its employees about the significance of customer service and to improve the entire experience of customers seeking services from the company.
MTCC also stated that they believed the campaign will strengthen the bonds created between the company and its customers, as well as enhance the customers’ faith in the company.
Shahid stated during the opening event that MTCC is a company that directly delivers services to customers in different industries, emphasising that every employee of the organisation should prioritize giving the most requested service by its customers.
He went on to say that the support and collaboration of all workers is critical to the effective implementation of this campaign, and that he had complete faith in the employees to demonstrate their support and cooperation for the campaign.
As part of the campaign, MTCC will be undertaking unique customer-targeted events that began yesterday and will run through October 28.
