The Maldives has provided the COVID-19 booster dose to nearly 12,800 people, according to the most recent statistics.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) reported 654 individuals received the booster dose in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total to 12,847 people.
The data also revealed that the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination was given to 395,807 people in the Maldives, while the second dose was given to 364,222.
According to the most recent HPA statistics, 91,993 people have tested positive for COVID-19 since the pandemic began, with 100 cases discovered in the previous 24 hours.
COVID-19 has resulted in almost 90,000 recoveries across the country, with 251 fatalities since the start of the pandemic.
