The Maldives has provided the COVID-19 booster dose to nearly 22,000 people, according to the most recent statistics.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) reported 496 individuals received the booster dose in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total to 22,093 people.
The data also revealed that the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination was given to 396,358 people in the Maldives, while the second dose was given to 366,165.
According to the most recent HPA statistics, 93,733 people have tested positive for COVID-19 since the pandemic began, with 104 cases discovered in the previous 24 hours.
Almost 91,405 people have recovered from COVID-19 across the country, with 259 fatalities since the start of the pandemic.
