Captain Harry Kane handed Spurs the lead 27 minutes into the game with a well taken finish past Jordan Pickford.
However, Gylfi Sigurdsson equalized just four minutes later with a penalty kick before going on to score his second of the game (62) to give Everton a fragile 2-1 lead.
Harry Kane got his second in the 68th minute as the match ended with a 2-2 draw.
Newcastle United 3 – 2 West Ham United
Issa Diop’s own goal handed Newcastle the lead just after the half hour mark (36) which was then followed by a second yellow card for Craig Dawson.
Things got worse for the visitors when Joelinton (41) found the back of the net with a tap-in from close range.
However, West Ham fought back in the second half with goals from Issa Diop (73) and a penalty from Jesse Lingard (80).
But substitute Joe Willock scored a late goal (82) to give Newcastle all three points.
Wolves 1 – 0 Sheffield United
Willian Jose scored the only goal of the match in the 60th minute with a pass from Adam Traore.
This result ends Sheffield United’s two-season stay in the Premier League as they stay bottom with just 14 points.
Arsenal 1 – 1 Fulham
Midway through the second half Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes brought down Mario Lemina inside the penalty area and Josh Maja stepped up to convert the penalty as Fulham looked on course for what would be a crucial three points to avoid relegation.
However, in the final stages of seven minutes of injury-time, Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah scored from close range to rescue a 1-1 draw.
Manchester United 3 – 1 Burnley
Manchester United took the lead just after the break through Mason Greenwood (48), smashing home at the far post from Marcus Rashford’s pass.
However, Burnley were level just two minutes later as James Tarkowski headed in Ashley Westwood’s corner (50).
Greenwood got his second, finding the near post from a deflected shot off a Burnley defender (85).
Substitute Edinson Cavani grabbed a late goal from Donny van de Beek’s pass to help United close the gap between league leaders to 8 points.
