President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu held a productive meeting with Ding Xuexiang, the First Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China and Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC. The meeting occurred on the sidelines of the Twenty-Eighth Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on strengthening the existing ties between Maldives and China.
