Nody believes that coffee is something that brings all the artists together in one place .He is the master mind behind Nody’s coffee located in S.Feydhoo. Nody and his wife Valeria started this business during the pandemic after researching a lot about the target audience in this business. Valeria was the one who supported him in establishing this business. The couple brought different types coffees from all over the world.
Nody is a man of fine work and art. He welcomes customers with the ethical information about coffee and how it must be brewed. All of this started in 2012 after he studied coffee roasting from a South African company. He participated in few contests in Maldives and internationally. The couple also visited several coffee farms in Asia from where they decided to learn more about coffee. They learned from SCA certified professionals and Q graders. Likewise they completed coffee sensory skills and alternative coffee brewing programs from an international company.
Nody and Valeria proffers an ultimately best variety of coffee beans from countries like Brazil, Peru, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Kenya and from volcano soils in Columbia. Nody roasts Arabica beans into their finest form and also introduced their bespoke shots of espresso. Nody has all the love in this world for this passion. He believes that coffee has got a whole new level of science which everyone should know.
Nody also has a speciality in defining what a customer wants. All the information from the simple to the complex is provided by him to the customer that makes him more interesting. Nody is a kind hearted generous youth who has a motive of illuminating these skills to anyone who wants to learn. Nody believes that the success behind his career is his loving wife Valeria for always encouraging him and supporting him throughout this whole journey towards achieving his goals.
Nody has experience of 12 years and would like to create more open doors for those who want to seek and learn from him. Anyone with interest can come up to him and learn as much as they want for free. This shows his sincere passion for the profession. With the limited resources available he set his heart on making this a huge success. They have an instagram account in which they provide all the information on what they are selling and methods of brewing along with information for anyone who wants to know about coffee. Not just about Nody’s coffee.
