Chelsea advanced to Champions League final after a 2-0 win against Real Madrid in the second leg.
Timo Werner took the lead (28) for Chelsea, heading into an empty net from close-range after Kai Havertz’s chip had hit the crossbar.
With five minutes left in the game, Mason Mount scored from substitute Christian Pulisic’s cross to put the game out of reach.
Chelsea and Man City will meet in the UEFA Champions League final on May 29, making it the third all-English final in Champions League history.
