Urbanco is offering 100 opportunities for their 2023 apprenticeship program, aiming to train skilled workers and promote socio-economic equity in Hulhumale’ as part of their CSR initiative.
The program covers various fields, including gardening, computer hardware, and welding techniques. Successful applicants will receive on-the-job training, related instruction, and a monthly compensation of USD 389. Upon completion, they will receive a level 3 accreditation approved by the Maldives Qualification Authority (MQA), and the chance to work at Urbanco.
Maldivian nationals aged 16-35 who have completed Grade 10 or MQA level 2 qualifications are eligible, and the deadline for application is May 17.
