Police in Male’ are currently investigating a disturbing incident in which a woman attacked a male sales assistant with a knife. The incident occurred around 11:02 am today when authorities received a report of a man sustaining injuries from a sharp object and subsequently being treated at ADK Hospital.
In connection with this incident, a 29-year-old woman has been taken into custody by the police. Fortunately, the injured man is receiving medical attention, and his condition is reported to be stable.
A video circulating on social media captures the alarming sequence of events. In the footage, a woman can be seen entering an electronics shop in Male’, engaging in conversation with a male employee. Shockingly, the video shows the woman suddenly wielding a knife and stabbing the employee in the neck before swiftly leaving the shop.
The police are actively conducting further investigations into this incident.
